Ships from Brooklyn, NY

• L+L Candles is our devoted family business. Our candles are made from scratch by us, Liz and Lukas out of our kitchen in Brooklyn, NY. We do not have specific office hours for customer service -- but we are up early with our two girls and will respond promptly within 24 hours. We are open daily (EST) M-F and many weekends (excluding US holidays).

• All candles are shipped USPS from our Brooklyn, New York location. We ship orders as quickly as possible, mostly in 3-5 business days. Please note delivery estimates are from the time of shipping, and not the time of order.


• If an order tracks as delivered (but is not received) you must contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order leaves L+L Candles it is the responsibility of that specific shipping carrier and out of our control. Please make sure you are shipping to the correct address/secure location to prevent lost/stolen/missing packages. 

 

Return & Refund Policy

• Please note: Our candles are non-returnable and non-refundable. L+L Candles only sends a replacement if our candles break during shipping, or the wax has been damaged during shipping. To file a claim, simply message us with your order number, product issue, and photographs of the damage (and any packing materials/box in which the order was shipped) within 7 days of your delivery.

 

• L+L Candles is not responsible for any items once your package has left our facility. We will not reship/refund orders that track as delivered. We apologize in advance.
